The Company for marketing and services "Medianet LTD" DOOEL Skopje is registered as a marketing agency in 2018. Its founder is Zvezdan Pavlovic, the brother of the journalist Dragan Pavlovic Latas. In the summer of 2023 he transferred the ownership to his nephew Jakov Pavlovic Latas, the son of the well-known journalist. "Medianet" is also the owner of the news aggregator "Vesti.mk" and of the news website "Vesnik.com".

is the father of the director of Vecer MK, Jakov Pavlovic Latas. He is an experienced and controversial Macedonian journalist known as the editor-in-chief of Sitel television from 1997 to 2017 and Vecer newspaper from 2006 to 2012. He is known to the public for his controversial connections with political elites, for whose support he used the media he managed. This role of his came to the fore especially during the reign of VMRO-DPMNE and Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski (2006-2017) when Sitel television and the Vecer newspaper fiercely attacked political opponents of the government. Latas is not active in the media today after having left the editorial position at Sitel. He is the founder and owner of several media and marketing companies, such as Mediamaks, Total Media Center, Maksmedia and Medianet. He gave some of them to his son Jakov.
