The company for newspaper publishing activity "Prva Republika DOO Skopje" was founded on August 7, 2012, fully owned by the company "Iresine Limited," registered with concealed ownership in the Central American state of Belize. The offshore company withdrew from the ownership of "Prva Republika" in 2016, and the company changed its ownership, becoming completely owned by the businessman, Done Donevski. This ownership structure remained until April 16, 2018, when "Prva Republika" became the first media company in the country to become dominantly owned by the firm with Hungarian capital, "Adinamic Media."

Done Donevski is a Macedonian businessman and manager who has continuously managed the publishing company Prva Republika since its foundation in 2012. At the beginning, the owner of the company was the offshore company Iresine Limited, registered in Belize, with unknown ownership. In 2016, Donevski became the full owner of Prva Republika, and in 2018 he sold the majority share of the Adinamik Media company that belongs to the Hungarian citizen Agnes Adamik, keeping only a minority share for himself.
