"Repro Print" DOOEL import-export Skopje is a company founded in 2006 by businessman Minco Jordanov with the primary activity of producing mineral water and soft drinks. Since 2013, Јordanov is no longer owner of the company as an individual, as the offshore company "Repro One Limited Tortola", enters the ownership structure. Registered in the British Virgin Islands, the offshore company is now the 100% owner of "Repro Print". At the same time, the company changed its primary activity to newspaper publishing. With its entry, the company's primary activity also changes to a newspaper publisher. Besides the ownership of the newspaper "Nova Makedonija", the company is a majority shareholder of the economic and business weekly "Kapital". Under its umbrella is the "Permindex" holding, which unites the "Stobi" winery, a dairy farm and a center for packing fresh fruits and vegetables. According to data from the Central Registry, the ultimate owner of "Repro Print" is businessman Minco Jordanov.
