Xheraldina Vula owns a ten per cent share in "Company 21 DOO", the company that owns "TV21". Xheraldina Vula is a journalist from Kosovo who spent a lot of her career working with Aferdita Kelmendi. Together, the two of them founded "Radio 21" in 1998.
